After completing your comprehensive exam, Dr. John Jackson or Dr. John Morgan Jackson III will have the opportunity to evaluate and discuss your concerns and individual dental findings. More complex problems or concerns may require that we study your information and formulate a treatment plan to be reviewed at a separate consultation appointment.

In an effort to maintain this high quality of care, we would like to share with you some facts about dental insurance.

Although we are not a party to the contractual arrangement between your insurance company and your employer, we do want to help you receive the maximum reimbursement to which you are entitled. As a convenience to you we will help you process your insurance claims in order for you to receive this maximum benefit. We will also gladly provide dental x-rays and a written diagnostic report should your insurance company have any questions about the services provided.
Please be assured that our office will do our very best to assist you in maximizing your insurance benefits for dental treatment. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our handling of insurance matters.
Financial Policies
Payments
In order to help us minimize bookkeeping costs, which in turn help us to keep our fees at their present level, we request payment at the time treatment is rendered. If you have dental insurance, we do request that unless you are paying in full, you assign benefits to us. We ask that you pay your estimated portion of the fee (including deductibles) at the time of service. Please do not hesitate to discuss your treatment plan, fees, or financing options with us.
